Our Lemon Myrtle Sour is lovingly made by Dan with organic*, spray free lemon myrtle grown in his own back yard. The leaves are gently stripped and prepared in house, before mashing and inoculation with lacto yeast to produce a deliciously refreshing citrus profiled sour.
